General Wellbeing and Mood during the Winter months

I was diagnosed with the condition in 2007.
Good afternoon everyone
This time of year when it is cold and the heating is on at home and freezing cold outside - does anyone else's skin go crazy and flare up like mad ?
My psoriasis does not like the cold weather - loves the warm weather in the summer - it them calms down so much - but now with this latest cold weather it seems to be going crazy !!
Am I right in thinking that the cold weather makes it worse ? I cant think for me what else it could be currently as I am watching my diet, not drinking at all and keeping my levels of stress down.
Any advice or support would be grateful.

Perhaps it could be related to your vitamin D intake as there is no sun to provide it. Worth taking a supplement perhaps?

I have just returned from a sunny holiday and for the first time in my life it did not help. I am now back in the cold have an awful flare up. I do think nerves etc don’t help but when you have to put creams all over your body it is depressing. Any help lease I use dovenex
