Acitretin Users

Hi All, New to the group, but I am looking for answers to a current issue. I have had P for as long as I can remember, being a young child when it first appeared. Tried all the creams, lotions, potions etc. Light treatment at the hospital has given me great results although, it is a short term fix. I have been using Acitretin over the last year with various side effects that come and go. I have for the last while developed swollen glands (under my ears), have had this checked out by ultrascan which show nothing abnormal but it still exists and feels as though it is getting worse. The hospital say that they have are not aware of any link between Acitretin and swollen glands. Any others experienced this?
