Can I get fake nails after psoriatic nail removal?

Hi, I've had nail psoriasis for five years in four toenails and various fingernails (seems to come and go). Earlier in the year I decided to have my big toenails removed due to worsening psoriasis on the bed and in growing nails. The skin initially seemed to get better but now it gets red and rough from rubbing against shoes. Does anyone have a recommendation or advice for getting artificial toenails? I live in London and am at a loss about where to seek prosthetic replacements? I am male so really want something that looks natural as well as protecting my poor battered nail beds!
