Does colonics helps psoriasis?

Hey!! One of my friends has been diagnosed with psoriasis a year ago and has been under continuous medication for 6 months. The results are not very much impressive and she is under depression because of itchy scalp and hair loss. So I started researching more about psoriasis and its treatments. While researching I came across a blog http://www.coloncleansetoronto.ca/blog/general-category/psoriasis/ which says colonics helps psoriasis. Is it true? I haven't heard this before. Please share your thoughts regarding this. Also, please recommend other alternatives for psoriasis. Thanks!!
