Emollients

Hi - I've just been diagnosed with psoriasis on my hands and feet and have been prescribed Dovobet. I'm trying out various emollients as well and would like to hear your views on which are the best to use. Many thanks - look forward to hearing from you.

Hi - I've suffered with psoriasis for about 10 years and I personally didn't find Dovobet very helpful, I hope it works for you :-) .. If not, i moisturise with Cetraben 2-3 times a day and a friend says a moisturiser called "doublebase" or something similar is really good ... my mum suffers with it on her hands and feet and lathers up with lots of moisturiser and wears socks / gloves over night to help it all sink in !! I hope that helps :-)
