Psoriasis and sertraline

Hi I'm new to these forums, I've come here as I'm at my wits end! Recently my scalp psoriasis has flared up badly, it's almost all covered and constantly flaming and itchy :( it's in my ears as well slightly. But recently I've noticed a small spot developing on my eyebrow - I'm able to handle the scalp because at least no one can see it. I'm wondering if this recent flare up could be to do with my sertraline medication? I've been on it for about 9 months and the dosage increased about 2 months ago. Please help! Thanks
