Home light treatment

Morning Folks, New to the forum and was wondering if anyone had experience of home light kits. Looking at buying one and wondering if anyone has any recommendations. I have moderate patches of red across my arms and legs (managed with cling filmed arms to reduce scales a lot!) but these areas just won't de -red, despite looking healthy enough skin wise.. As you are all aware a massive psychological drain so would appreciate any tips or advice greatly ! I took a look at the page and although it looks somewhat small, it is priced over £30 less than advertised in Amazon. I have good experience from home UVB light so all I can say is if you can afford it then give it a go. Hi ! I have an androv light. What a light saver it is when I get an awful flare up, Would recommend androv, had it 6 years or so. Had to replace a bulb in it last year, boy they were hard to get hold of but I did manage to get it. My advice is start slow and do not burn! Cover up patches you do not need. Ive burnt quite a few times on my light due to being careless. Good luck!
