Very low self esteem, pain

Hi, I've just received this and I'm unsure of the instructions. Do I put it on at night and wash it off in the morning? It says to use it twice a day but I'm unsure if I've to wash my hair twice. Thanks in advance

Hi Julie, I use it once a day on a dry scalp. I put it on at night, it dries quickly and then I wash it off in the morning. As with all steroids it should be used sparingly.
