Hi,
I'm really hoping someone can help me. I started with psoriasis around the age of 21 but it was never really that bad. When I got pregnant with my first child 2 years ago it slowly got worse. When I was breastfeeding it was just the worst. Light therapy hasn't worked neither did steroid or dovobet. I'm now pregnant again and I just can't go through another summer with psoriasis covering my arms. Is there anything out there that will help me? I'm currently using a steroid cream they have said is safe in pregnancy. Has someone found something that worked? Any help will be greatly appreciated. xx

I know, but keep stress to a minimum, try looking at a healthier diet? If you are pregnant and my congratulations, just put psoriasis out of your mind and re think psoriasis afterwards. I hope this helps !
