It'll take some time Cathie, a couple of weeks probably before you seem some improvement so don't get disheartened. Hopefully it will work for you, it kept mine at bay for nearly 10 years until I got a guttate flare up earlier this year. I did have some patches but they didn't spread and were pretty manageable compared to when I was covered form head to toe. Guttate is supposed to fade away after a few months anyway, I don't think it's a serious as plaque P so hopefully that means it'll disappear faster/easier too. If it doesn't work then you're one step closer to something more potent, they need to work through all the options. Good luck!
