Since 2001, tried uvb and creams
Its a complete uphill struggle.....this treatment and that...however everyone is different and responds to treatments differently....as for me ....just wont go away...but thats me not you. Anyway .that's life. .I suppose...

Irascible septuagenarian fed up with the psoriasis constantly at me :wink:
UVB light treatment or plenty of sun exposure is the way to go. Ask doc for a referral or try and buy a light treatment unit yourself

Hi i would suggest a UVB unit, having had treatment at the hospital I purchased a unit, after a week of use 30 sec each night I have noticed a difference in my psoriasis its not so thick.
they are expensive but to me was worth it not to be in pain most days
