It's a standard topical steroid (Beclamethasone) treatment and will work for some and not others.
Use too often and the skin will be thnned, so if its successful then something else for maintenance should be considered.
I use Capasal Shampoo for daily maintenance to good effect, which I get on prescription.

I have capasal to .Do you wash your hair every day.
Only been using it for a week.
My hair is still falling out in lumps. I have a large bald patch on the top and back of my head. Getting me down now 😢

Yes, I use the Capasal daily on head and in the folds where the P tends to lurk during my regular morning shower for well over a year. What it wont do is halt hair loss so you do need to revisit your doc and discuss the problem asap. maybe even asking for referral to a specialist.

Ive been using just over a week. Had a massive improvement already. Im just unsure of how long i can actually use it.

It will be the same as with any steroid based medication... you should take breaks from it from time to time. I can only speak for myself (I only have very mild psoriasis on my scalp compared to the rest of my body) when I say that I find using it once every 4-5 days is enough to stop my scalp from itching and keep me happy.
