In the last few weeks I have been visiting a spa where I have been using the sauna and steam room as well as swimming. My psoriasis, which I have had for nearly 40 years is SIGNIFICANTLY better. Has anyone else any experience of this? Thanks J

I haven’t tried using the sauna as there are none in my area, but I have been considering trying this too. The reason being that I have found that when the humidity is high, my psoriasis is considerably improved. I’m Australian and live a long way inland so the air is very dry. When I’ve lived or visited tropical areas or find myself sweating a lot from heat, my psoriasis disappears completely. I’m convinced there’s a correlation. Have had psoriasis for over 15 years. I’d be very interested in how you go with the sauna. I’ll build one if i have too!!
