Guttate psoriasis

hi. I have guttate psoriasis. my dermatologist gave me methotrexate and I I use dovobet and coconut oil The methotrexate 17.5mg cleared it for a year until I had an ear infection an sinusitis and had to have antibiotics so it is coming back so now I am having uvb twice a week and what a difference it has made. My body is almost clear but the legs usually take longer. Speak to your dermatologist to try something new and have uvb. Best of luck.
