Scalp face and body psoriasis

Hi all, i have had scalp psoriasis now for 3 years on and off but recently i am getting patches on my face and stomach and legs, i have just been on holiday for a week and it seems to have got worse, can anyone recommend what could work long term for both my skin and scalp, i have been to doctor and specialist but the medications are short term and no longer work. Please and thanks
