Hi, I'm 58 and am pleased to be in contact with other sufferers.

Can anyone please tell me if you've used a light lamp and what ones are best?

Irascible septuagenarian fed up with the psoriasis constantly at me

I have only experience of our NHS hospital light treatment and it does work to some extent, but courses are limited and when your sessions have run out you are on your own despite what your GP says. I am saving up for a 8 x 4ft tube job but of course as the pot grows something else essential butts in and my pot gets raided . This time it was the hike in council tax and house insurance, so at this rate I'll never buy one  There are small ones available which are basically hand held so how you treat your back I've no idea; no, I want one on a stand and with good coverage. Take a look at this supplier and get an idea of prices:- http://www.uvbnarrowbandlamp.co.uk/uvb-narrowband-311-product-range.php
