Strange pimples, are they psoriasis??

I have had a small collection of pimples appear on my arm and right side of my lower torso. They don't look anything like psoriasis, but could they be...??
They look almost like they're coming out hair follicles.

Irascible septuagenarian fed up with the psoriasis constantly at me :wink:
It could be anything from the subject of skin problems and without a photo I could only guess, but my first guess would be folliculitis. Its difficult to describe in words so I suggest you take a spin through your favourite search engine for photos and descriptions. . . good luck Mr R and don't forget to come back to let us all know how you got on with your diagnoses from your doc :thumbup:
