Support available?

Hey all i just wanted to ask if there are support groups at all i could visit in person, i have looked everywhere online and no luck (i cant moan to my partner anymore its not fair i know he loves me and gets upset seeing me in a state!) im in the lancaster area, any help appreciated thankuuuu xxx
