Hydroxycarbamide Vs Acittetin hair loss

Help please, I took Acitretin over a year ago now for severe scalp psoriasis and I lost 50% of my hair. I was so upset as I wasn't aware it was a side effect and once I realised my hair falling out it was too late. I immediately stopped the drug and my hair has now almost fully grown back but my psoriasis is as evil as ever now. My dermatologist has now given me Hydroxycarbamide and again a side effect is hair loss and I am very scared to take it. Has anyone else had severe hair loss taking Hrdroxycarbamibe? Thanks in advance
