Psoriasis rules my life

Hi I am Gary, just joined the site. I have a disability due to a brain tumour which means I can not work and I find life hard! But much much worse is my plaque psoriasis which I have had for about thirty years. Psoriasis rules my life now and every day is the same. staying alive is one thing but this skin disease is driving me nuts! I can't get a nights sleep so I am continually tired & moody, I have tried so many treatments I have lost count but nothing seems to work for me so I have gone back to sitting in the sun and using sunbeds in the winter.
