One large patch of psoriasis on my hand that hasnt gone in 2 years!

I have had the condition since I was 17 (I am not 29). I initially got it as a teen and then it went away after about three months on its own. I got badly sunburnt in Australia a couple of years ago and from the sunburn on my chest it all turned into P and then spread to various places and I was left in agony. My hand will never get better and its really starting to get me down as its so sore and everyone just stares at the bright red skin,Any tips would be so helpful x
