Light treatment and acetretin

I was 90 percent coverd in psoriosis erepederic iv had 8 weeks light treatment and 10 mm acetretin it all but cleared I stopped the treatment a fortnight ago now it's already coming back fast anyone else had this

UVB light treatment helps to some extent but the healing effects do not last long. The best I've found is natural sunlight and in this country it's in limited supply, so I try to absorb as much as possible as and when I can; being right on the south coast helps. I am not stark white so luckily it takes a lot for me to burn but I still have to be careful.
