Scalp infection with Stelara

Hi, I've had an infection on the bottom of my scalp for just over a month now, it's weeping, making my hair matted and it smells. I was on Flucloxacillin but I've finished my course and its not improved. It's recently gone to the side of my scalp which is making me really self conscious as so much harder to hide. Is there any natural treatments anybody can recommend? I'm not back at the hospital for another month and I'm guessing my GP will only give me another course of antibiotics. I'm also due my second Stelara injection next week and have been told I'm not allowed to take antibiotics a week before or after having it. Thankyou!
