Methotrexate

Hi all i started taking Methotrexate 3 weeks ago, tomorrow will be my fourth week, how long did it take before anyone notice any difference? As of yet I have not seen any improvement but tomorrow is only my fourth dose, was hoping to see some improvement

hi, i am on my first dose and so far the only change i notice was ... belly ache :-D lets hope we will both see great improvement soon !!!

Hey I must admit that I have no side affects at all but like you said hopefully in the near future we both see massive improvement

Phototherapy, methotrexate, ciclosporin and stelara afficionado
Back in 2011 I tried Methotrexate for around 6 months, increasing the dose gradually from 10mg to 20mg per day. I had a few mild side effects in the first couple of weeks, but sadly it had absolutely no effect on my psoriasis. Lots of people on these forums have had success with it thought, and I hope the same is the case for you.
