Painkillers whilst on methotrexate and cyclosporine

I'm currently taking both cyclosporine and methotrexate (weaning off cyclosporine).
For the past 24 hrs I have had a really bad ear ache is throbbing like mad (hoping to get a GP appointment tomorrow). Does anyone know what painkillers I can take in the meantime to help take away the pain? Parecetamol isn't cutting it. Can I take codine? Will check with GP when I get to see one but was wondering if anyone else had any wisdom or advice.

Your GP is definitely your best bet because none of us in here can advise you better than your GP. What you could do in the mean time is check the patient leaflet of both and see if there are any prohibitions or clashes.
