How is Psoriatic Arthritis different from just Psoriaisis??

Hello, I am a student from Wakefield and am writing a report on the treatments and developments of psoriasis. As writing and reading about it on this forum I am a little confused on the main differences between Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis. Any information would be more than useful!! Thank you
