Psoriatic arthritis/aklyosing spodalytis

Just been diagnosed with arthritis and swelling to the spine. I have suffered very severe psoriasis from the age of 18. Now 30, wasn't expecting this so suddenly. Is anyone on home care treatment injections, such as Benapali? Would love to hear some feed back, as I'm very new to this and very sceptical with the side affects that come with.
