Yes I have this problem but never known what to do except moisturise. Not very helpful I know. Sorry.

Chiropodist recommended using a foot file (a rasp would be more useful on my feet!), a good soak in saltwater and oil and then moisturize. I find that a thick layer of Vaseline (covered by socks) is as good as anything. Chiropodist removed a huge amount of dead skin which made feet a little easier to manage. Hope this helps.

Hi, my feet have been so bad over the last year. They are a lot better than they were. I seem to have a cycle of about 8 days. Cracks, heal & cracks, my skin is like leather.
Every night I soak them in my foot spa for 30 mins, then cover with Aveeno cream & wrap in clingfilm.
In the morning they feel wonderful, it doesn’t last but the effort is worth it.
This is now my routine just like cleaning my teeth.

Hi I have regular reflexology (once a week on average) which is beneficial for the condition itself (pain relief for arthritis) and also I noticed it keeps my feet more soft as it goes in the deep tissue and then I Ps cream on it every day....much better as before and it is easy to maintain. ...as it gets dry in no time.
