is the sun different

It may sound like a daft question but the only thing that gets rid of my psoriasis was 5 days in portugal,
The portugal weather is not good this time of year so my daft question is this.
Is the sun and sea in portugal same has the sun and sea in hotter climates like turkey or cyprus?

I think you will find that it is the uv rays that improve the skin so in theory wherever you are when you be exposed to the sunlight would have the same effect.
People have mixed opinions about sunlight and treating psoriasis but I too find it improves my skin. Here in the Uk I have used sunbeds with a similar effect always been very careful not to burn and keeping my exposure as little as possible.
