I have not horrible, but annoying psoriasis patches on my face and legs, (the ones on my legs are so annoying, itchy, painful, embarrassing, but they only show up after showering?? then disappear but im still itchy) the ones on my face stay there... ive tried everything. Im wondering if theres any over the counter lotions like dermalmd or whatever that could make my legs nice like they used to be!! by the way im only 19 so this isnt an age thing...

Are you sure it's psoriasis? It's odd that it only appears after showering. Could the soap or shower gel you use be causing it?

A warm shower or bath can often trigger skin rashes. Also at 19 your hormones have not completely settled down to full adult levels.
OTC lotions/shower products other than what you are using now might help, but a visit to your GP would be your best plan of action. Anything OTC by definition must be low in active additives, where your doc can prescribe anything from the extensive NHS prescriptive list
