Hi I'm 22 and realized I had psoriasis at the end of my first year of uni I had no idea what it even was until that moment. Basically over the summer I was prescribed methotrexate and that worked wonders for the next 2 years and made it mainly manageable however I've now been taken off the methotrexate and onto dovobet because I take it that you can't use methotrexate forever and have never found something which works for facial psoriasis. My doctor recommended to me cetaphil as something which could help but I wonder if anyone else had any other recommendations.

Jurlique Calendula Cream or Cold Pressed Raw Coconut Oil. Both work well and are safe. You need to keep strong medication away from your face.
