I write this post in great pain and hope someone could give advice. I have psoriasis on the soles of my feet leaving my feet look like they have been attacked by Freddie Crooker and I feel like I am walking around with broken glass in my shoes, I have been on various treatment from Methatraxate to Ciclosporin and a pile of creams nothing is working and I am in constant pain. The dermatologist has sent me to a “super specialist” as yet still awaiting my appointment has anyone any tips or advice

Hi Joe
I've been suffering with the same problem for about 2 years, but I have learnt some good techniques for managing it, which will help.
First thing is to buy a scholl pedi roller, and remove the hard skin, you'll be amazed at what comes off. Then your next purchases should be a foot balm called Flexitol and some gel heel socks, which I purchased from Amazon. I have gone from being almost unable to walk some days too good to go, by following a routine each night and it's also reduced the overall amount of Psorasis on the soles of my feet.
Each evening, remove as much of the hard skin as possible with the pedi roller, treat with the Flexitol cream, covering all affected areas, then put the gel heel socks on your feet. Because I've found it difficult to find a whole gel sock that covers the whole foot (that is walkable on) I tend to use one gel heel sock that covers the underside of my foot and another on my heel.
You'll find that using this technique keeps the moisture in your feet, thus preventing build up of skin and hense cracking and pain. I take off the socks in the morning and have a pain free day, so it's worked for me.
Good luck
Robin
