Skin washes and cremes

Hello All, I live in the UK and use Dovobet crème for the white scaly patches (prescribed by GP) and E45 (purchased - over the counter) crème for red sore lumpy patches. The E45 is not helping and my face is getting covered in these sore red raised areas. Can anyone suggest a facial wash and crème I can use which can be bought (not prescribed by a doctor). My face feels so sore and itchy, I really need something soothing. Can anyone help? Many thanks. (p.s. soaps like Dove make me itch like crazy)

I use q.v. cream and they do all sorts of creams and ashes on their website and personally I use s tea tree facial was I got from home bargains 😂 hoped this helped ( Uk Aswell) you can also get q.v. cream from pharmacies . I am currently having uv light treatment and it helps alot
