Living with psoriasis and jobs

I'm going for new job I've have 2 interviews and my psoriasis has gotten worse I'm having on going care from local hospital but I'm so self conscious about it bald patches in my hair and it shows my thick scales I don't know what to do, has anyone else felt like this? How do u cope with it?
