Ear psoriasis

For years I have been coping with psoriasis plaques and scalp psoriasis. Now it has flaired up inside my ears. The doctor has prescribed sofradex, antibiotic and steroid. I'm not very happy about this. How have other people coped with this problem?

I had some crusting in my ears, along with cracked and bleeding fingertips (for about a year) and some patches on my scalp. I just cleared it up this week by a low carb diet. It was the second time it cleared up from low calorie or low/no carb dieting, so I don't think it was a coincidence. Worth a try, its cheap, its easy, and the worst that can happen is you lose weight.

Just turned 53 and all of a sudden i have started having crust in both my ears. Willing to try low carb diet. thanks.
