Psoriasis

Hi ivhad psoriasis since I was 5 I'm now 40 never been clear missed out on so much growing up like swimming playing football in the summer my kids are 21 and 17 and never took them swimming or on a hot holiday.my kids don't have it *touch wood they don't....anyway I'm being booked in to try methotrexate I'm very nervous about it any advice to put my mind at rest will be great I don't drink or smoke and love fitness and gym thanks in advance
