Being overweight and on Humira

Hello all I am currently taking Humira and have been since September 2017. I have guttate psoriasis and since I started taking this drug there has been very little or not improvement. I am also trying to loose weight am overweight at the moment which I have been told doesn't help the condition ? I used to take ciclosporin and as that was based on your weight it worked beautifully for me. Biologics dont take your weight into consideration as they are long term drugs where as ciclosporin is only a short term drug due to possible liver or kidney effects. Is there anyone out there who is struggling with this drug and is overweight too ? The hospital keep saying lose weight which I am trying to do but it isnt easy and hu
