Is This Guttate Psoriasis on My Waistline?

I've had these marks on my waist for the past 4 months, I thought it would go away on it's own but it's still there. I have an appointment with my doctor this week, but I just wanted to make sure is this psoriasis? The thing is there is no plaque and these marks are flat
