Creams do not work for me, wondering if anyone else is the same?

Hi. In advance I’m really sorry that this is long.
I’ve been diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis in my hands for almost 11’years. I was 14 when diagnosed and the doctors gave me some cream called betnovate, this seemed to be okay for a little while. Then two years ago I was diagnosed with dermatitis and I prescribed Dermalax which never seemed to work. And since then I keep going back and forth with the two. The doctors won’t give me anything else.
It’s really starting to get me down. As I have two young children who constantly need me, and it’s becoming to be a struggle to even pick them up.
I’m just starting to wonder if this is happening or happened to anyone else? - and if so what are you doing about it or what did you do?
