Please help. Huang Lian cream

Hi All. I recently visited a Chinese herbalist who gave me a cream called Huang Lian cream and I triple asked him if it has steriod and he said no. I bought it on the basis that I trusted him but I always like to double check as I am against using steroids. Please can anyone advise if you have used or heard of this cream and if it does contain steroids? Or does anyone know where I could get it tested from? Thank you would appreciate a response ASAP.
