Newbie

Hi all, i have been reading posts on here for a while now and feel i have tried everything to get rid of scalp psoriasis. I have had it for about 12 months now and is getting worse. I was referred to dermatologist as i have it all over body too. Exorex has worked wonders on my body (cross fingers it stays that way). I was supposed to be starting phototherapy next week but as the psoriasis is so much better they advised me to cancel as would only do it if it was really bad. I have also been diagnosed with arthritis in my right foot. GP mentioned methotrexate next time i see specialist but i really dont want to go down that route, after reading all the comments on here. I managed to get a prescription for Naproxen to try first. I had never even heard of psoriasis until i started googling my symptoms. This page has been a god send or trying out new things, and im hoping many more ideas come my way and i get this vile condition under control
