Generalised itch

Hi New to this forum. I have had plaque psoriasis (usually just arms, and legs, sometimes scalp ) and psoriatic arthritis for about 15 years. I have had a few flare ups, especially early on, but both my skin and PA have been thankfully well managed with regular moisturising, topicals and since going on methotrexate 12 years ago. Itching has never been much of a problem but since last Dec. I have had generalised itching (soles of feet to top of head) with the itching moving from place to place, not restricted to just the areas where I have ‘patches’. Been managing (not effectively) with lots of extra epaderm and cool showers Had a battery of blood/urine tests which seem to rule out systemic problems (e.g liver, thyroid) so off to a see a dermatologist! Before that I am looking to find out if others with psoriasis have had this type of generalised itch and if so did anything help?
