Psoriasis of the nailbeds.....

Hello! I was diagnosed with Psoriasis around 18 months ago. I had patches on my scalp and legs which fortunately have cleared with medication. However I have psoriasis on 6 nail beds now. My nails basically end up detached. 5 still grow flatish so painted look ok. But one is very ridged, gets very painful and the finger tip is swollen and is always peeling! Has anyone had successful treatment for nailbeds? I've never seen a specialist as I was diagnosed via photos and when I got the diagnosis I called my gp who told me to Google psoriasis and I would find out all I need to know! 😣
