Inverse psoriasis tips

Hi,I have inverse psoriasis in my groin area for about 4 years,I have seen a dermatologist twice and she prescribed Dovobet and Protopic. None of these have really helped and am having a flare up due to the warm weather,and tips no matter how simple would be greatly appreciated.

Hi I have great success with locoid cream only use sparingly but it has worked a treat before me for years
