Coping with psoriasis

Hello all, I’ve had patches of psoriasis since I can remember, almost 15 years so far, I have tried many treatments including moogoo, dovebet, dovenex, yiganerjing and other kinds of medicine. Nothing has seemed to work for me yet, I have it real bad mostly on my chest, on my arms and behind my ears, it’s really been beating me down lately and I was hoping someone else could explain to me how they don’t let it beat them. I will never take my shirt off and I haven’t cut my hair in years as I am embarrassed by it, I don’t want to be anymore I just want to be on top. But I’m really struggling to do so. Has anyone else been feeling the same?
