I am 56yrs if age had Guttate Psoriasis since aged 9 been in and out of hospital till my 30s as quiet bad psoriasis also have had psoriatic arthritis for about 15 yrs. I have had a bad outbreak of psoriasis about 3 weeks ago can’t get it under control saw the dermatologist yesterday after finally accepting I cannot treat this myself, and fit the first time ever I have been put onPen V 500mgs four times a day I was wondering is this normal now fit treatment.

Thanks for reply.No not at all. I am covered in Psoriasis as usual but a very vibrant red but no plaque on it. They now want me to go on Humira and Methotrexate, but have done 10yrs of things like this for my psoriatic arthritis and don’t really want to go down that road again. Any suggestions would be welcome
