Question 1
How would you determine if it is psoriasis or eczema? I just know that both are very itchy.
Question 2
Any home treatments for psoriasis?
Question 3
I have checked top healthcare websites like the medicinene, mayoclinic, everydayhealth, psoriasis, etc...Any website where to get detail information for my questions?

From your question, I am assuming that you are not concerned with Psoriatic Arthritis.
1. Most GP and any Dermatologist should be able to tell the difference between eczema and psoriasis, often with a glance of only a few seconds and a brif discussion of history of the outbreak. If all you have is an itchy rash, it could even be dermatitis
I would always go for a medical diagnosis first.
No point to research psoriasis if you have eczema - although some of the topical treatments used are the same for both.
2. For more info, have you read everything on this website?
Additionally you could look at:
- http://www.britishskinfoundation.org.uk/SkinInformation/AtoZofSkindisease/Psoriasis.aspx
- https://www.psoriasis.org/
3. Apart from certain light-therapy and injections (done at hospitals) allmost all psoriasis treatments are home-treatments.

Hi,
Thanks for the suggestions.
I have also read many articles from healthcare websites like mayoclinic (https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-...t/drc-20355845), everydayhealth (https://www.everydayhealth.com/psoriasis/treatment/), psoriasis (https://www.psoriasis.com/psoriasis-treatment),
Still, I want to know any home remedy I can start?
Await your kind reply.
Regards,
Jane

I am sorry but I don't understand exactly what you are asking. When you say "home remedy" do you mean something you can purchase over-the-counter and treat yourself?
Or do you mean something along the lines of "i drink 10cc of my own urine and a tablespoon of cider vinegar every morning"?
To be frank, if you are not even sure whether you have eczemea or psoriasis - I would recommend a medical diagnosis before trying to treat yourself.

Diagnosis not always possible.
I have been seeing my dermatologist for 2 years & he & a group of dermatologists (I was a test case where they all read my notes, examined me & asked me questions) were unable to make a diagnosis. He even took a skin biopsy. In the end he thought it was more likely to be eczema but he couldn’t be sure, he explained I was on a spectrum & sometimes they just didn’t know. The treatments have been mainly for psoriasis. Nothing worked & now I look after myself the best I can. I’ve stopped drinking alcohol, eat as healthy as I can, drink Kefir daily & try my best to stay positive.
Good luck with your journey

Susi - while diagnosis is not always possible, it is not unusual to begin the journey with at least attempting to get a medically-based diagnosis.
