Hi, I'm 50 and have had psoriasis for about 10 years. In recent months I've developed really sore feet, very tender, they really hurt when I get out of bed or have been sitting a long time, they ache and burn at night. I have a really painful heel which I have self diagnosed as plantar fasciitis, I am waiting to see NHS physio. I also have pain deep in one buttock, it's not sciatica but I notice it when I'm doing yoga or bending down. I don't have swollen fingers, no knee or back pain, no nail pitting. My toes aren't painful as such but my whole feet seem sort of puffy. Do you think this could be the start of psoriatic arthritis? It is getting me down as my job involves being on my feet a lot and I feel like an old woman by the end of the day.
