Psoriasis on hands

Hi all at the moment I am really suffering with psoriasis on my hands. Over the winter it went away, but now the sun is here it has come back. Try and keep them moisturises as much as poss. I work in a supermarket so my hands r on show all the time. Any help?

I don't suffer too badly (the odd patch of skin six inches square). I also have acne rosacia, which is treated well with 'Metrogel' ; I have found that using this on areas of psoriasis can reduce scaling and some itching.
