Cover up make up

Has anyone tried any make-up foundation cream - I have a large patch of psoriasis on my face,which is much worse during the summer,and would like to conceal it, if possible.

I would like to Recommend 'Isle of Paradise'
Ive just started using their tanning water, after a course of Enstillar foam.
The Enstillar helped reduced the raised ugly red patches of guttate & plaque Psoriasis, but i was left with Vitiligo type scarring., the tanning water is lifting the pigment in my skin and actually merging things to reduce the white patches with NO irritation!!
I am quite tanned anyway and the sun gives me a good glow, but thigs start getting hot and sweaty and my skin breaks out again!
Isle of Paradise have lots of products, not just tanning and i cant wait to try out some more!!
